How to delete your account and personal data from Hangman Multiplayer Party

You can delete your Hangman Multiplayer Party account at any time. We offer two ways to request deletion: directly from inside the app, or by emailing us. Both options remove the same data on the same timeline.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is to use the in-app deletion flow:

  1. Open Hangman Multiplayer Party on your device.
  2. Open the Profile screen (tap your profile icon).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when the warning prompt appears.

Your account is queued for deletion immediately. You will be signed out of the app.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot reach the in-app deletion screen — for example, if you have lost access to your account or the app will not open — email us and we will action your request manually.

We will reply within a reasonable period and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request, as required by UK GDPR.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

What data is retained, and why

A small amount of information must be kept after account deletion, either for legal reasons or because it has been irreversibly anonymised:

Partial deletion (without closing your account)

If you want to remove specific data without deleting your whole account — for example, opting out of in-app communications history or removing a particular profile field — email jayravi645@gmail.com with details of what you want removed. We will action your request without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days.

After deletion

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to sign in to the App with the same credentials. You may create a new account at any time, but it will start fresh — your previous progress, purchases, and friends cannot be restored.

If you change your mind, contact us before deletion completes — depending on timing, we may be able to cancel the request.
